Material Planner

AlwaysHired, a reputable company based in Kallang, Central Region, is seeking a skilled Material Planner to join our supply chain team. As a vital link between our clients and our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, meeting delivery schedules, and resolving any supply chain issues with efficiency and professionalism.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and analyzing demand forecasts to support production and distribution. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand supply requirements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and implement material planning strategies to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sector is an advantage.
