Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive material requirements plans (MRP) to support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or supply bottlenecks proactively.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials and components.
- Analyze production data to forecast future material needs and optimize stock levels.
- Maintain accurate system records in ERP software to reflect real-time inventory status.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline material handling and storage processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in material planning or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
