Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely stock availability for production lines.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to accurately forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve stock discrepancies and delivery delays.
- Analyze historical usage data to optimize stock turnover and minimize holding costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory status, shortages, and material lead times.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure all incoming materials meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Material Planning or Inventory Control.
- Experience working within an MNC environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP, is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
