Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize inventory levels and material flow to support production schedules
- Analyze demand forecasts and align procurement plans with production targets
- Monitor stock levels and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and quality compliance
- Develop and maintain accurate material requirements planning (MRP) systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve material availability issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in material planning, inventory control, or logistics role
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data trends
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and demand forecasting
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
