Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate material requirements to support production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust material plans accordingly
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems
- Identify and resolve material shortages or excesses
- Generate reports on inventory status and material usage
- Continuously improve material planning processes to reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material planning or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
