Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute material requirement plans (MRP) to ensure 100% material availability for scheduled production.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and packaging to minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement department to track vendor deliveries and manage lead times effectively.
- Analyze production schedules and adjust material plans based on demand fluctuations or supply chain disruptions.
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate data records, including BOM (Bill of Materials) and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to reconcile physical stock and identify discrepancies in inventory reporting.
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve reliability and quality of incoming materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material planning, production control, or inventory management within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes or ISO standards is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and optimizing supply chain workflows.
