Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through rigorous tracking and periodic cycle counts.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and suppliers to resolve delivery delays or quality issues.
- Analyze production schedules to forecast future material needs and prevent stockouts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory performance, supplier lead times, and material shortages.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and inspection of incoming raw materials.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize supply chain costs and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or production planning.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP software systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of logistics operations within the Singapore manufacturing sector is a plus.
