- Develop and maintain accurate material requirement planning (MRP) schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover ratios
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials
- Analyze production forecasts to align material availability with demand
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and obsolescence
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve material shortages or delays
- Generate regular reports on inventory performance and planning metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
