Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize material inventory levels to ensure production requirements are met without excess stock
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules
- Monitor and report on inventory turnover, stock levels, and potential shortages
- Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve material planning issues
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align material planning with business objectives
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in material planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in material planning or inventory management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MRP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of AWS-based supply chain systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
