Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate material requirements to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute timely replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to resolve material shortages.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system to ensure inventory integrity.
- Prepare regular reports on material status and supply chain performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
