Tanggung Jawab
- Manage stock replenishments from multiple suppliers to ensure timely delivery to production plants
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover
- Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain strong supplier relationships
- Analyze demand forecasts and production schedules to plan material requirements
- Develop and maintain accurate material requirements planning (MRP) systems
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and supply chain issues
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stockouts, and supply chain performance
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve inventory management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in materials planning or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
