Join the innovative team at Advanced Energy as a Material Planner (NPI) and play a critical role in our New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. In this position, you will plan and coordinate production, materials, and schedules, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and perfect alignment across engineering and supply chain departments. You will serve as the bridge between design teams and the supply base, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to meet production milestones.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed material plans and production schedules specifically for NPI projects.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to align material requirements with production milestones.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to prevent production stoppages and ensure timely replenishment.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate lead times, resolve delivery issues, and ensure critical components arrive on schedule.
- Analyze demand forecasts and production forecasts to proactively adjust material plans and mitigate risks.
- Generate and review reports regarding material status, lead times, and production progress to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or NPI support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create accurate planning models.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interface with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadline management.
