Tanggung Jawab
- Execute material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure optimal inventory levels for production schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure raw materials, negotiate terms, and manage delivery timelines
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand fluctuations, and implement inventory optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships while evaluating cost-effective procurement solutions
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align material flow with operational needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material planning or procurement within manufacturing
- Proficiency in MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production schedules and inventory data
- Excellent negotiation abilities and commercial awareness in supplier management
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and ERP systems
