About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Material Planning Analyst (Spanish Speaker) to join our global Supply Chain team on a fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management of exceptions, rigorously assessing parts availability against scheduled work demands, and making strategic recommendations that align with our Inventory Planning framework. You will leverage your analytical skills to forecast needs, prevent stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover.
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for this position. You will serve as a vital communication link, facilitating discussions and resolving supply chain issues with our Spanish-speaking stakeholders and suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the management of planning exceptions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to ensure supply continuity.
- Assess parts availability against the master schedule and planned maintenance events, prioritizing critical requirements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize inventory levels, balancing service levels with working capital targets.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams in both English and Spanish to resolve material shortages and mitigate operational risks.
- Generate and analyze Material Planning KPIs and reports, presenting key insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update master data within ERP systems (SAP) to ensure accuracy and reliability of planning parameters.
- Support the continuous improvement of inventory planning processes and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics (experience in mining or heavy industry is a plus).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and experience with ERP systems (SAP MM/PP preferred).
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make sound business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
