Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute material plans to support production schedules and customer demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement actions to maintain optimal stock availability
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve material shortages and excesses
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and implement improvements in material planning processes
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on inventory status, material availability, and order progress
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage supplier relationships
- Support the implementation of ERP systems and ensure data accuracy in material planning modules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
