You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve critical supply chain delays to meet our strict KPIs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute detailed material plans to support production schedules and meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead stock clearance activities to minimize holding costs.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including order placement, tracking, and expediting of deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Production, Quality, Logistics) to identify potential risks and resolve material shortages.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast trends and optimize supply strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding safety and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and resolving logistics challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
