Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely delivery of production materials.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from purchase order issuance to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and lead-time compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material requirements and prevent supply shortages.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and vendor-related issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced technology manufacturing setting.
