Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of components for production
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption patterns, and optimize stock rotation
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities
- Generate and maintain accurate inventory reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and contingency measures
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve material flow efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable material delivery and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in materials planning or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MRP software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and inventory optimization methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing priorities
