As a Materials Procurement Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our item supply chain setup within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You will ensure that all procurement activities strictly adhere to defined guidelines and established processes. Your expertise will help streamline the flow of materials, reduce lead times, and support the overall operational excellence of the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the item supply chain setup within the ERP system according to established guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to analyze material requirements and forecast demand accurately.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms for Keysight.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute purchase orders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Track shipment status and resolve any logistics or delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth inbound material handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve complex supply chain problems.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
