- Receive and unload raw material deliveries, ensuring all items match purchase orders and specifications.
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse storage area to optimize space and ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain 100% accuracy in our database.
- Prepare and issue materials to production teams promptly to prevent operational downtime.
- Document all stock movements accurately within the company's inventory management system.
- Ensure all activities adhere to workplace safety regulations and health compliance standards.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing delivery receipts and preparing logistics reports.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing support.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physical capability to lift and move warehouse materials safely.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety protocols and OSHA-standard compliance.
