Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct online lectures and discussions for various math subjects, including Algebra, Calculus, and Geometry.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding progress, assignments, and academic concerns.
- Grade assignments, exams, and projects promptly and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Participate in professional development activities and faculty meetings to stay updated on educational best practices.
- Create an interactive and supportive online learning environment to maximize student engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure (preferred but not strictly required for remote roles).
- Proven experience in teaching mathematics, preferably in an online or remote setting.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with virtual classroom tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, MS Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
