Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive, engaging mathematics training programs tailored to different student learning levels and paces.
- Conduct daily training and coaching sessions that foster critical thinking, logical reasoning, and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress, identify individual strengths and learning gaps, and provide personalized mentorship to help students achieve their benchmarks.
- Prepare qualified students for local and international mathematics competitions, olympiads, and academic assessments.
- Collaborate closely with school administrators, teachers, and parents to communicate student progress and learning strategies effectively.
- Develop and update high-quality training materials, practice worksheets, mock tests, and interactive educational resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education major in Mathematics, or a related field with strong quantitative coursework.
- At least 1 to 2 years of teaching, tutoring, or training experience in advanced mathematics, preferably in an academic setting.
- Strong command of core mathematical concepts, including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, and Calculus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts into simple, understandable lessons.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage students effectively.
- Familiarity with math competition training (e.g., MTAP, MMC, AMC, SASMO) is a significant advantage.
