Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized coaching strategies to help students excel in mathematics
- Assess student learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and educational materials tailored to different learning styles
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development
- Stay updated with current mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
- Strong foundation in mathematics with ability to teach various levels
- Previous teaching or coaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, encouraging, and able to motivate students
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Valid teaching certification or willingness to obtain one
