Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics, English, and Social Sciences.
- Prepare lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and learning pace of individual students.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure academic improvement.
- Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assist in curriculum development and teaching material preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Math, English, or Social Sciences).
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
