Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in Mathematics, English, and Social Studies (IPS) for students across different grade levels
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Create innovative teaching materials and utilize digital resources to enhance learning experiences
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and academic curiosity
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to refine teaching methodologies
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain educational consistency and share best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Social Studies, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in relevant subjects
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia for instructional delivery
- Certification in education or pedagogy preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Proficient in creating engaging lesson plans and assessment materials
