Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Indonesian History, Geography, Economics, IT, and English.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and assignments, providing timely feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance educational programs.
- Participate in professional development activities and school events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/S2) in relevant fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Economics, or Education.
- Teaching certification or a valid teaching license is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language and subject matter expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and handle multiple subjects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
