Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for assigned subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Economics)
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Prepare and administer examinations to evaluate student understanding
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic performance
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching techniques
- Participate in professional development activities and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics)
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and approachable demeanor with a passion for teaching
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans suitable for diverse learning styles
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required for fresh graduates
- Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching aids
