We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join Mandarin & English Center in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the international mathematics curriculum
- Teach mathematical concepts including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics to students across various grade levels
- Assess student understanding through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback
- Identify and support students who need extra guidance, adapting instruction to meet individual needs
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect
- Integrate technology and practical applications to enhance learning and engagement
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to align instructional strategies and participate in curriculum development
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license (e.g., from Indonesian Ministry of Education or international equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching mathematics, preferably in an international or bilingual school setting
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with international curricula such as Cambridge IGCSE, IB, or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
