Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that align with the school's curriculum and Islamic educational standards.
- Develop engaging teaching materials, including visual aids, digital tools, and practical activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate students' academic performance, progress, and behavior systematically, providing constructive feedback.
- Integrate Islamic values and character-building (Adab) seamlessly into daily classroom instruction and interactions.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, department heads, and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in school activities, boarding school duties, and professional development programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience, preferably in an Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) or international school setting.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) is highly preferred, as lessons may require bilingual delivery.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical techniques, classroom management, and student-centered learning.
- Good character, possessing a strong commitment to Islamic values, discipline, and nurturing young minds.
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and G-Suite for Education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
