Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Grade 10–12 Mathematics that align with international educational standards and learning objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through assignments, quizzes, examinations, and project-based learning to ensure mastery of the curriculum.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum resources, share best teaching practices, and participate in school-wide professional development activities.
- Provide constructive, timely feedback to students and parents to support academic growth and address individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (S1).
- Valid teaching certification or license required.
- Proven experience teaching High School Mathematics (Grade 10–12) is preferred.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or American) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong command of English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse learners and a deep passion for education.
