Are you an experienced Mathematics educator passionate about guiding students through the rigors of the Cambridge AS/A Level curriculum? Global Prestasi School in Bekasi is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our Senior High School faculty. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge AS/A Level curriculum standards.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students in the SHS department.
- Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Integrate modern educational technology to enhance classroom interactivity and conceptual understanding.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and collaborative classroom environment that encourages academic inquiry.
- Participate actively in department meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding student development and academic performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching Cambridge AS/A Level Mathematics in an international or national-plus school.
- Exceptional proficiency in English; ability to teach complex mathematical topics in an English-medium environment.
- Deep understanding of the Cambridge assessment structure and pedagogical requirements.
- Proven ability to motivate students and manage a classroom effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural faculty.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
