- Provide exceptional concierge and guest services to all visitors, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Manage VIP arrivals and departures with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flight bookings, car rentals, and restaurant reservations.
- Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Marina Bay Sands, offering recommendations on local dining and entertainment.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's amenities, facilities, and events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience in a luxury hotel setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concierge or guest services roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be willing to undergo a medical examination and obtain necessary work passes.
