Tanggung Jawab
- Master all restaurant operations including kitchen workflow, front counter service, and drive-thru management
- Assist in daily staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Implement quality control standards for food safety and customer experience
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and cost control initiatives
- Lead team training sessions on service standards and operational procedures
- Shadow senior managers to understand restaurant business strategy
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with good credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Valid motorcycle license preferred for mobility between locations
