- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and cheerful attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter, self-order kiosks, and drive-thru (if applicable).
- Assemble and serve food and beverage items according to McDonald's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters throughout the shift.
- Restock supplies and ensure ingredients are fresh and readily available.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy team, especially during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
