- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries
- Prepare and serve food items according to McDonald's standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Operate cash registers efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all McDonald's policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service
Kualifikasi
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
