Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production lines to ensure optimal machinery performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on the fly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of MCO (Manufacturing Container Operations) equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and parts usage.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new packaging line equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Line Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical vocational diploma or equivalent certification in Mechanical/Electrical Technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety protocols and best practices.
- Must be willing to work on a full-time basis in Mandaluyong City.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
