- Coordinate and supervise daily MD GT team operations across multiple branches
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor and maintain optimal product inventory levels
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless supply chain
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail/supervisory roles
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with English proficiency
