- Collect comprehensive outlet data including store profiles, product availability, pricing structures, and display conditions

- Build and maintain relationships with retail outlets (toko, warung, minimarkets) for ongoing data collection
- Prepare detailed field reports with actionable insights for sales and distribution teams

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in market research, field sales support, or data collection
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with ability to engage diverse retail stakeholders
- Proficiency in mobile data collection tools and basic report generation
- Deep familiarity with Medan's retail landscape and distribution channels
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records and follow protocols
- Valid motorbike license and reliable transportation for field coverage
