Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports, budgets, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project coordination
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and construction processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills and risk management experience
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
