Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on automated assembly line equipment to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support for PCA processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine failures with precision and speed.
- Execute equipment calibration and setup changes to meet varying product specifications.
- Collaborate with production engineers to optimize machine performance and improve process yields.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation in compliance with ISO and Jabil safety standards.
- Train junior staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
- Strong hands-on technical skills with automated machinery, robotics, or surface mount technology (SMT) lines.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
