We are currently expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Mechanic to join our workshop in Kuala Nerang. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse fleet of vehicles, from passenger cars to commercial vans. Our mechanics work with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and are supported by a management team that values expertise and efficiency.
We are seeking a candidate who is hands-on and has a deep understanding of both conventional and modern vehicle systems. You will perform tasks such as engine tuning, transmission repairs, brake system overhauls, and electrical diagnostics. You will also interact with customers, explaining technical issues in simple terms and providing recommendations for preventive care.
This is a full-time position with a salary of RM 1,700 per month, along with opportunities for overtime and performance bonuses. We provide ongoing training and a clear career progression path for dedicated employees. We take pride in our collaborative team culture and safe working environment.

- Diagnose vehicle performance issues using computerized diagnostic equipment and manual inspections.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services including fluid changes, filter replacements, and tire services.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as alternators, starters, brakes, steering systems, and suspension parts.
- Inspect vehicles for compliance with safety regulations and report any additional issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of work performed, parts used, and labor time.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and explain technical information to customers.
- Ensure workshop tools and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly.
- Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean workspace.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
- At least 2 years of practical experience as an automotive mechanic.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in modern vehicles.
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and standard shop tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy parts and bend or kneel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
