Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, such as engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems.
- Inspect and test vehicles, interpreting diagnostic trouble codes and test results to determine necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, and estimated costs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services performed, parts used, and inspection findings.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to manufacturer specifications and workshop policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and properly maintained, including tools and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or Automotive Technician, ideally with 2+ years in a workshop setting.
- Relevant technical qualification or certification in Automotive Technology/Mechanics.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and their functions (e.g., engines, transmissions, electrical, braking, HVAC).
- Ability to perform a wide range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
