Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential safety hazards, wear, and tear, and recommend necessary repairs.
- Repair and replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, steering mechanisms, and electrical circuits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Document all repair work, maintenance activities, and parts used accurately in the service log and computer system.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, required repairs, and cost estimates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Mechanic in a workshop or dealership environment.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and air conditioning.
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic software and computerized repair systems.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks requiring lifting and bending.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
