Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on John Deere agricultural equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Replace worn components and calibrate systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards during all operations
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for efficient repairs
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience with agricultural machinery maintenance
- John Deere equipment certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and powertrain components
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physical stamina for equipment repair in field conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
