Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair John Deere agricultural equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system calibrations
- Document maintenance activities using digital service logs and prepare detailed repair reports
- Coordinate with parts department to source necessary components and manage inventory
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair procedures
- Train junior technicians on advanced repair techniques and equipment best practices
- Conduct field service calls to resolve equipment issues at client locations
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in automotive/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience repairing agricultural machinery or heavy equipment
- John Deere equipment certification or manufacturer-specific training preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical testing equipment
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in remote locations and physically demanding conditions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic technical English
