Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on 4x4 and other Light Vehicles
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Perform component replacements, alignments, and system calibrations
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all maintenance activities
- Provide clear technical explanations to customers regarding vehicle status and required services
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair procedures
- Collaborate with parts department for efficient inventory management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent in automotive technology/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with 4x4 vehicle systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic scanners and specialized repair tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer literacy for service documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications if required
