Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on company fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools and software.
- Execute repairs on engines, transmission systems, braking systems, and suspension components.
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections and road tests to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all completed repairs.
- Ensure all workshop equipment is kept in good working order and the workspace remains clean and safe.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize fleet availability and reduce vehicle downtime.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanic, preferably in a commercial transport or fleet environment.
- NITEC or relevant certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and chassis maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work comfortably in a workshop environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
- Team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and workplace safety protocols.
