Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical and mechanical technicians.
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, chiller machines, and cold storage systems.
- Perform welding tasks as required for equipment repairs and modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC and SCADA systems.
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and procedures.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrical or mechanical technician.
- Proven experience with refrigeration, chiller machines, and cold storage systems.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems.
- Leadership experience with ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
