Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on port machinery including cranes, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Coordinate with operations team to schedule maintenance during optimal port operational windows
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for critical machinery components
- Document maintenance activities, repair reports, and equipment performance metrics
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with engineering team on equipment upgrades and modification projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (3+ years experience)
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or hydraulic systems preferred
- Experience with port, construction, or industrial machinery maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of safety standards for heavy equipment operations
- Ability to read technical schematics and maintenance manuals
