In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our fleet of heavy machinery remains operational, safe, and efficient. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about mechanical excellence and committed to minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and expert troubleshooting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and software.
- Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and hydraulic component replacements.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical reports for all equipment repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule repairs, minimizing impact on project timelines.
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance on heavy equipment best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance (Excavators, Dozers, Dump Trucks, etc.).
- Technical degree or vocational certification in Automotive or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and service manuals.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work in demanding field or workshop environments.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (K3) and quality standards.
- Willingness to be based in Batam and support operational needs as required.
